How to reduce stress (Part Two: Effects of stress)

If you are not a smoker, that does not mean that you are healthy and happy. If you are not a drunkard, it does not mean that you are healthy and happy. Why? Because, stress is another type of drug, a man-made drug that is blended pretty well with worries which can cause anyone to be very sick and sad even though if you are not a drug addict.

According to Malaysian Cancer Society, the main CAUSE of CANCER is stress. The second one is VEGETABLE and the third one is MEAT. We will talk about vegetable and meat in the next subject. Now I would like to focus on the EFFECTS of STRESS. If you wish to remain young and healthy, please continue reading the next paragraph. Otherwise, let us just hug and say goodbye.

First effect of stress: CANCER

Second: Aging

Wrinkles are caused by stress because stress and worries are two BEST FRIENDS FOREVER.

Third: Losing friends

Those who fail to manage stress may live in isolation. They may become anti-social. As a matter of fact, most people stay away from people who cannot smile.

Fourth: sleep late or no sleep at all

Those who fail to deal with stress will think too much about his or her problems as if by thinking alone can solve everything. Due to constant negative perception or deadly theories of what might happen if the problem remains unsolved, the sleeping pattern will change for the worst and finally will lead to self-destruction.

Fifth: HOT-TEMPERED

Too much stress can make a man a monster. It gets worse when you have children. They might me your personal punching bag. Being a hot-tempered will cause you to DO MANY STUPID THINGS that will cause you to LIVE IN BLEEDING REGRETS.

SIXTH: Continuous conflicts with God

God will be your number one ENEMY if you don't manage your stress well. The blaming game will become a habit and it will jeopardize your faith in God. The bridge that you have created with God will collapse as you consider God is the cause of all the failures and disappointments that you have gone through in this life.

Seventh: Bad decision making

If you fail to control your stress, you will make many decisions that will RUIN you, your loved ones and the ones who care about you. Stress can really eat you alive.

In conclusion, the effects of stress can really give each of us a living hell if we don't learn to control stress because the most important gift that God has given us which is our BRAIN is supposed to help us to choose the right options.

Thank you for reading. The next article will be about how to reduce stress (Part 3: tips on how to reduce stress)
